The survey, which had eight questions, checked out what students knew about the service and benefits. The results showed that 53% of students had heard of the genuine Adobe and Microsoft 365 had service offered at the Central Library. However, the remaining 47% confirmed that they had never heard of it. because, most students they took the survey itself reported that they had never actually used the free service and only found out that it existed. When asked what they thought about the typical subscription fee for the software, 100% of respondents agreed that it was expensive. Finally, inquired about the benefits of using the service, one student who was an engineering major, found it because they could use programming functions for free through Microsoft 365.
