 The College of Life Science and Nano-Technology, located at Daedeok Valley Campus (Hannam's second campus) at the heart of Daedeok Research & Development Site, is a unique industry-academia clustering college in that it is expected to play a key role in supporting a variety of research programs in the fields of bio-technology and nano-technology and giving consultations in combination with nearby research institutions and venture firms. It aims at, with the help of the production facilities at the campus and internship programs for the firms located inside, educating specialized professionals and also training, with the help of innovation-specialization programs for the local community, competent personnel qualified to be CEOs and open technology-intensive venture firms. It offers Daedeok Valley scholarships to those students entering with a certain level of academic records. |
